William Camlin has served in the law 
  enforcement field for over 29 years,
  specializing in traffic collision 
  investigation since 1993.  He recieved
  full accreditation as a Collision
  Reconstructionist by the Accreditation
  Commission for Traffic Accident
  Reconstruction (ACTAR) in 1995. 
  During his career he has investigated
  hundreds of vehicle collisions involving
  cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles,
  and pedestrians.  He has been 
  qualified by the Commercial Motor
  Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) to
  conduct Level 1 commercial vehicle
  inspections since 1992.  He is
  extremely qualified in the use of Total
  Station Forensic Mapping Equipment to
  document scenes and evidence.  He is trained in the use of Crash Data Retrieval Software to access the Electronic Data Modules (EDM) in vehicles equipped with the devices.
